Privacy: what we collect and why
The short version: we keep your email so we can send you the kit and tell you about it. We do not sell it, and there are no ads or outside trackers on this site. To have your details deleted, email support@dirtyworksoftware.com.

When you type your email
We keep:
- Your email address.
- Which list you joined: the free kit, or the note for when the paid version opens.
- The page you signed up on.
- Where you first came from: the site or link that sent you here (for example X, Facebook, or a search engine), read from the link and your browser when you first arrived.
- When we emailed you, and how many times.
- For the free kit: how many times you downloaded it, and when you last did.
Why: to send you the kit, to write when we add new pieces to it and on the day the paid version opens, and to learn which pages and links bring people here.
When you visit
We see which pages people read, the site that sent them, and a rough location worked out from the internet address. It reaches us as a private notice in our team chat, and it tells us what brings people here.
Cookies
This site keeps a few cookies and some browser storage of its own. They tell a new visitor from a returning one, remember where you first came from, and, after you sign up, match your visits to your email. The cookies last up to a year.
There are no ad cookies and no trackers from other companies, so there is no cookie banner. To clear all of it, clear this site's data in your browser.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
- Stored: in a database at Cloudflare, the company that runs this site. Cloudflare also sends our emails.
- Visit notices: go to our team's private chat.
- Who reads it: the people who run Dirty Work Software.
- Never: we do not sell it, rent it, or give it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the list. The cookies run out after a year.
Stop the emails, or delete your details
Email support@dirtyworksoftware.com from the address you signed up with, or reply to any email we sent you. Say "stop emails" or "delete me". We delete your signup and the visit notices that name you, and write back when it is done.
Where this applies
Dirty Work Software is a business in the United States. We do not sell to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
